Briteline® eSeries BLACK is a 3 mil gloss white flexible calendered PVC film coated with a permanent black acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive laminated to an 80# clay coated kraft liner. Compatible with a variety of solvent, eco-solvent, latex and UV curable inks common to wide format digital printing systems. The adhesive produces permanent bond to a variety of common substrates used in graphic applications.

Applications
Briteline® eSeries® BLACK is designed for interior or exterior signage, decals, nameplates and point-of-purchase displays where an opaque black adhesive is needed.
Adhesion
To stainless steel: 40 oz/in. Tested according to PSTC-101 Method A procedures with 24 hr. dwell at 70°F and 50% relative humidity. Typical values. Individual values may vary. Test thoroughly before production.

Dimensional Stability

Recommendations
Completely evaporate inkjet solvents before application. Failure to do so may facilitate solvent penetration resulting in vinyl degradation.
Tempature Ranges
Minimum application temperature is 40°F.
Service temperature range is -40°F to 180°F.
Expected Exterior Exposure
Up to 4 years under normal exposure conditions.
Storage Stability
1-year shelf life when stored at 70°F and 50% relative humidity.
